- .75 oz @poli_grappa Miele
- 1 oz Tea & Honey syrup (recipe follows)
- .75 oz fresh lemon juice
- Into a shaker filled with ice.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Smoke the garnish of dried lemon wheel
- And honey comb next to the cocktail.
- Top the cocktail with Honey Foam (recipe follows)
- Garnish. .
- Tea & Honey Syrup
- Pour:
- 8 oz honey
- 8 oz cooled black tea
- Honey Foam
- Dissolve for 10 min:
- 1 ΒΌ t gelatin in
- 3 oz cold water
- In a saucepan heat
- 7 oz Tea & Honey Syrup
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
